Bologna Wrapped Shrimp

16 strips Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Sweet Lebanon Bologna (cut into 1″ width strips)
16 large shrimp (peeled, remove tail and deveined)
1/2 cup Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce of your choice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Toothpicks

In a medium sized bowl mix together BBQ sauce, maple syrup, and honey. Set aside.

Wrap cleaned shrimp with one 1″ bologna slices around center of shrimp securing with a toothpick.

Lay each shrimp on a tray or plate.

Cover air fryer basket or tray with foil to catch sauce (optional).

Preheat air fryer to 375°.

Coat each shrimp with BBQ sauce mixture using a brush.

Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on shrimp.

Place 8 shrimp on tray or basket of air fryer. Cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and bologna is crispy to your liking.

Repeat with remaining 8 shrimp.

After cooking, sprinkle chopped chives on shrimp.
